Bobby Sena, MD

Pediatrics

Dr. Sena is a skilled pediatrician motivated by a strong desire to improve the welfare of children within our community. He loves formulating questions and pursuing challenging answers with his background in mathematics. However, he found his greatest fulfillment through service and involvement in his local church.

“Pediatrics is uniquely rewarding for at least three reasons,” he says. “Babies are cute; nonsensical reasoning with children can be quite refreshing; and teenagers & young adults will change the world.” (We couldn’t agree more!)

Physician Assistant

Megan Greteman is a certified Physician Assistant who practices Family Medicine from a strong desire to improve the quality of life in our community by working together with colleagues to provide the best health care possible and make a difference in people’s lives. Her decision to enter the healthcare field was inspired by volunteer work in the local hospital and Emergency Room when she was in college.  The positive experience there led her to become an emergency medical technician and later a physician assistant. Growing up in a town about the size of Grants, Megan knew that she wanted to live and practice in a small town, and Grants seemed to be the perfect place where she could use her education to help her patients’ health improve and return to their daily activities. Walter MacFarland Bridges, II, MD
General Surgery

Dr. Bridges is a General Surgeon with 23 years of experience in Alabama and North Carolina before moving to Grants. While majoring in math in college and deciding on a career choice, Dr. Bridges looked to medicine to give him the opportunity to combine a challenging field with his interest in numbers and his desire to work with people. He specialized in general surgery because he appreciates being able to fix a precise problem with a practical surgical solution, and he has the satisfaction of providing his patients with successful outcomes.  As a “country boy” himself, he wanted to practice in a small town, and combined with his love of hiking and mountain climbing, he has been very happy with his decision to move to Grants where he can practice medicine in an environment he enjoys in a special rural hospital with “great people”. When he is not doing surgery, Dr. Bridges is outdoors or traveling to places like Switzerland, Germany, and our local Four Corners.
