Dr. Young is a devoted and experienced hospitalist who loves to practice in our rural area and see patients of all ages. Growing up, she knew she belonged in the medical field since both of her parents worked in healthcare, therefore, doctor’s offices and hospitals always felt like home to her. Dr. Young is grateful to come to work everyday doing what she loves, and help educate patients about what they can do to increase their overall health and wellness. She believes that the physician-patient relationship is a special one, which she honors most highly. Outside of work, Dr. Young is passionate about rescuing dogs, reading, learning history, antique furniture, traveling and being outside to connect with nature.
