Healthcare for Our Community
In order to provide our community with better access to healthcare, Cibola General Hospital established the Cibola Family Health Center. The Health Center offers acute and chronic medical care, offered by board-certified, quality providers. In addition, we offer preventative medicine services, such as routine physical exams, immunizations, and early detection programs.
Making an Appointment
We strive to ensure medical care is convenient for you and your family. We ask that appointments are made in advance by calling the Center during business hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
We ask that you contact us if you will be late for your scheduled appointment or need to cancel. If you are late, we will make every effort to fit you into the schedule.
Our Regular Hours of Operation
Monday – Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Closed Daily 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM
Please make every effort to contact our office during regular business hours. If an urgent problem or emergency arises outside of our regular business hours, please call 911.

Easily Accessible Specialty Clinics
We have expanded our Center to allow specialists from surrounding areas to see patients in our community. We provide this service to our patients to ease the burden of traveling.
Receiving Additional Tests/Services
We refer you to Cibola General Hospital, or the most convenient location for you, to obtain radiology and laboratory services, if necessary.
Prescription Renewals
Our policy is to write prescriptions that are affordable, cost effective, and medically necessary. If you are in need of a prescription renewal, please call us at (505) 287-6500.
If we receive your request prior to 11:00 AM, your prescription will be available to you after 3:00 PM that same day. If your request is received after 11:00 AM, it will be available by 11:00 AM the following business day.
Questions About Your Bill
Our goal is to provide timely, cost-effective healthcare to you and your family. We make ever effort to ensure we provide you with reasonably priced products and services. We do not purchase services for you as a “middle-man” retailer. Therefore, you will receive a bill directly from the laboratory, radiology, or other services you may have used.
If you have questions about your Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from your insurance company or from a statement we send you, please call our billing department at (505) 287-6500.
